Adjustment method:
-Rotate the adjusting ring counterclockwise, the scale indicated by the dot is the current grinding degree
-The smaller the value indicated by the dot, the finer the grind, the larger the value, the coarser the grind
Grinding adjustments:
-Espresso 0-1 cells
-Mocha Pot 1-2.5 cells
-SCA Mug Test 2.5-3 cells
-Hand Punch / Drip Filter 3-8 cells
-French Press/Cold Drain 7-9 cells
Method of use:
-Turn the adjusting ring counterclockwise to adjust the desired degree of grind and open the handle cover
-Put in the appropriate amount of coffee beans and close the handle cover
-Hold the machine with one hand and swing the rocker clockwise until the grinding is complete
Cleaning process:
-Holding the rocker and keeping the center shaft stationary, turn the adjusting knob counterclockwise until the cutter plate is removed
-Remove the adjusting knob, adjusting disk, conical burr, spring and bearing spacer in that order
-Use a brush to clean the parts, do not wash with water
Assembly method:
-Place the bearing spacer, spring, conical burr, adjusting disk and adjusting knob in the same order
-Hold the rocker, keep the center shaft still and tighten the adjusting knob clockwise
